Ken's always been passionate. One early love from his childhood in New Jersey was ice cream. So, in his first job, he got to handle an ice cream scoop for the legendary Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour. Somewhere between moves to Alabama and Florida, Ken developed a passion for helping people protect the things that matter most to them. He still loves ice cream, but he decided to stick with that insurance thing. With a total of over 35 years in the industry, he opened the GEICO office in Gainesville in 2004. There, Gainesville drivers and families can still sit down with someone local about their coverage.

Outside the office he's a huge college football fan. You'll find him at Gator baseball and softball games, visiting RV parks, and supporting the Humane Society of North Central Florida.

Today Ken's team handles quotes, policy changes and questions in English and Spanish, and the office holds a 4.8 rating from more than 1,400 Google reviews.

Office manager Xen Stelnicki has run day-to-day operations since 2007.
